"Most beautiful bike path in Sarasota County"
The most beautiful bike path in Sarasota County winds through the woods surrounding Rothenbach Park — a former landfill east of Interstate 75.

Rothenbach Park is east of Interstate 75, Exit 207, at 8650 Bee Ridge Road, Sarasota."The Oaks" Park is just west of I-75, Exit 189, off Sumter Boulevard and Mandrake Terrace, North Port.
Pinecraft Park is just south of Bahia Vista at 1420 Gilbert Ave.

Call it recreational recycling.
A 90-foot-tall mound looms in the park's center, but it's easy to forget that it's there. More than 2 miles of trail are hidden by palms, palmettos and dozens of large oaks dripping with Spanish moss.
