Native Plants

The Coreopsois is a yellow
daisy-like flower with a two
inch circle of bracts around
the flower head. It blooms
in the summer in full sun.
This flower is excellent for wild gardens, containers
and in garden beds. It blooms better if the dead flowers
are removed (dead headed).

The Coral bean is a flowering shrub or a small tree. It
grows from 3'9" to 16 feet.
It attracts hummingbirds.

The Beauty berry flowers bloom
in clusters 2-5mm in diameter.
The fruit is red-purple with a highly
distinctive metallic lustre. The berries
are an important survival food for
birds and other animals.
